Le cours permettra aux participant.e.s de préciser ce qu’ils/elles ont besoin de savoir, d’éviter les erreurs et les pièges habituels, et de pouvoir rédiger une suite de questions afin de guider le développement et la promotion de leur entreprise.

Pouvoir utiliser les compétences, outils, processus et procédures suivants…
Comprendre et recourir à une liste de contrôle pour prévenir les erreurs et pièges habituels des questions d’étude de marché.
Mettre en pratique la segmentation du marché et les quatre «P’» du marketing dans la rédaction des questions d’étude de marché.
Pouvoir effectuer une auto-évaluation de leurs propres sondages et questionnaires.
En réalité, faites les tâches suivantes…
Souligner et documenter les données nécessaires pour l’étude de marché primaire de votre entreprise.
